Energy healing is offered from the perspective that everything in creation is made of energy. Our thoughts are energy, our beliefs are energy, our memories are energy and our actions create energy patterns. We are literally living in an energetic matrix that we call reality. When we see life from this perspective it becomes obvious to us that in order to truly heal something we must heal it at its root, at the level of energy. As this is where it was first created ~ energetically. Much of our modern medicine and current way of living focuses on targeting and resolving the symptoms rather than healing the root cause. When we try to heal things in this way we can end up going around in circles, creating the same patterns over and over as the energetic template holding it in place is still active.
Healing From the Core
When we are attuned to a healing modality or have cleared our energy channels to be a channel for source energy we find that we can transform or dissolve denser, more contracted energies into ‘higher’ vibrations. Energy can never be destroyed, although it can be transmuted and transformed. Really what’s happening is that old energies such as: grief, fear, resentment, anger or sadness etc. have been squished down inside of us because it was too painful to feel or process them at the time of the experience. So we kept them locked away inside our energy field and therefore our body until we felt able to feel and release them.
For example we may have had a painful or upsetting experience in childhood or at some point in our past and instead of being able to face and feel the feelings at the time, we held them inside of us as a form of self-protection. Later in life these feelings may begin to arise again, maybe we will find that during meditation old memories, emotions or feelings will pop up to be witnessed and released. Ultimately it’s our inner resistance that keeps energy blocks locked in place. As soon as we authentically surrender (which ironically can be the hardest thing sometimes), these energies can be released and we are able to embody more light, our energy pathways are cleared and the light of the divine naturally flows through us uninhibited. Energy healing can be a safe healing space for these energies to become dislodged and released on all levels.
If we are open to the idea that our soul is eternal and that this is not the only life experience that we have had then we open to the perception that we have most likely had many different lives in different places, playing different roles and characters. Some people refer to these as ‘past lives’, although really there is no time in the spiritual/soul dimension so they are all happening now. When we see from this perspective we realise that everything that our soul has ever experienced has been recorded energetically, everything is imprinted into the energy of creation. This is known as the Akashic records. Akasha is the space that holds and brings to life all of creation; I like to see the Akasha as the cosmic womb, the space from which all of creation arises.
The Akashic Records
The Akashic records are an energetic library of creation. Every soul’s experience; past, present and all future possibilities are recorded into the energy of the Akasha. The Akasha is very loving and gentle, it feels like the soul realm, it’s fluid, spacious and very much alive. The Akashic records can be read from and information can be received about the soul and it’s purpose for being here, certain lessons and intentions for this lifetime can be revealed, also information about specific relationships and what you are learning as a soul. The Akasha will always reveal the answers to your questions from a soul perspective. There is no fear, judgement or separation in the Akashic records, therefore information can be witnessed and shared from love.
Most people like to know what their soul purpose is, their reason for being here and why they chose to be here at this time, they love to know what their soul wants to experience in this lifetime and what they are here to bring to this world. Another popular topic is the theme of partnership, relationships and soul mates. Although the records won’t reveal time frames, as there is no time in the Akasha, timescales are dependent on soul experience, growth and learning. Everything we experience has a lesson and teaching from a soul perspective, and the Akasha can help us to see the bigger picture, to not get caught up in the mind based stories and emotions – but to see life through the eyes of our soul.
The Akashic records hold information about all future possibilities and timelines. It’s different to psychic readings or intuitive readings as in the Akasha you can see several options and the bigger picture is revealed. It’s also easier to see future possibilities without attachment as in the Akasha as we are seeing from the soul level rather than from our personality self. It’s important to mention that our future is always changing depending on our choices in the now. Nothing is set in stone; we can change our destiny and alter the timeline if we choose to. Although there are usually very probable outcomes that our soul has chosen for this lifetime, we have the ability to make free choices and consciously choose the path we want to go down.
Healing with Lauren
The healing that I offer is deep energy healing and clearing. I call it ‘Transformational Healing’; it could also be seen as multidimensional healing, although I prefer not to complicate it, as really all levels are connected, just expressed differently. As I’m naturally very sensitive to energy I can tune into a person’s energy field and see, feel and know where their ‘blocks’ are and where energy is ‘stuck’ or repressed in their energy body. I can also see what beliefs, perceptions and patterns they have that are keeping these energies in place. Although I am trained in Hypnotherapy and other therapeutic modalities, I find that energy healing is the most effective as it works on the level of creation, where everything was first manifest. So now I always combine energy healing and energy transmissions with the other therapies that I offer such as Hypnotherapy.
I am a big believer that our soul will always guide the way, no matter what we think we may want, there is often a higher calling and inner impulse of our soul and this can be revealed both within us and in the Akashic records.
